• The house is fully equipped for 10 persons (6 persons in the main house and 4 persons in the guesthouse). In low and middle season it’s possible to rent only the main house (for 6 persons) for a lower rate, ask for the conditions.
• Minimal stay in high season is 7 days. From October till June shorter periods (minimal 3 days) are possible.
• The rates are including the cost for end cleaning/bed linen/ towels and pool towels.
• Not included is a damage deposit / tenancy deposit (EUR 500,-), to be paid at the check-in

The way we work

• To make a reservation definitive you have to pay 40% of the rent in advance. The complete payment has to be done six weeks before the reservation date.
• Cancelation is possible free of charge till six weeks before the expected arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled after six weeks the 40% won’t be refunded.
• Payments can be done by international bank transfer or PayPal, PayPal costs will be charged on the client.
• When the reservation is made, we will send you a digital manual (by email) of the villa with a full description of the villa, arrival from the airport, area and nice things to do. If you have any further questions you can contact us before your arrival and of course during your stay.
• When you arrive at the villa you will get a full explanation of our local representative (check-in). You can contact our representative directly about your expected arrival. This representative will also do the check-out.
• At the beginning of your stay a tenancy deposit (EUR 500,-) have to be made (at our local representative). If the villa is returned in good condition at the conclusion of your stay (to all reasonability) the tenancy deposit will be refunded. If the villa is returned with damage the cost of repairing that damage may be charged against the deposit, and part (or none) of the deposit will be returned.
• Check-in takes place after 14:00 and before 18:00 on the day of arrival. Check out has to take place before 10:00. If you have any special check-in or check-out requests, please let us know. If we have guests arriving or leaving on the day or your arrival or departure then it may be difficult to honour special check-in or check-out requests, but if possible we are happy to help you.
